To start off I’m 32 a mom of a 4 and 10 year old. I work full time and my daughter plays both soccer and softball. ( which is a full time job in its self). I have always struggled with my weight.. Always heavier, thick,big boned,uncomfortable in my skin.. I met Adrian through a friend after venting to him about my struggles in weight loss… When I say struggles I mean I have tried every diet out there nutrasystem, medafast, lemonade diet, shakes, shots. I never could get over the hump yes I will loss weight but couldn’t get past a certain point. At my heaviest I was 240 lbs I would get down to 170 stop my fad diet and go back up. I was 193 when I started working out with Adrian my friend signed me up for a weight loss competition that went through the holiday season. Being the competitive person that I am I said “ok let’s do this.” I would go to the bootcamp classes 3 times a week. With every week I felt better and stronger. With Adrian and his team pushing me to the next level every week I found my self looking forward to the classes. I ended up taking 2nd in the competition!! With my winnings I couldn’t help but sign up for more classes!! The motivation that Adrian gives is just what I needed… He would text me on Monday for my weights and would check on me through out to make sure I was on track and helped me get over that hump.. I ended up reaching my forever goal of 150!! I did it and I felt amazing about myself. I didn’t need those fad diets. It’s been over a year since I started with Adrian and I have been able to keep off the weight and make better food choices.
